The yellow bakery, Becws melyn in Welsh, has prime location in the middle of the colourful high street in the beautiful rural town of LLanberis, not far from Anglesey.
I'll be doing Supper Clubs with changing cuisines regularly, the first is Spanish Tapas on Wednesday the the 6th of August. I’ll be tapping into my travels around Spain and feeding people Tapas full of Spanish flavours, cocktails and wine pairing offered up by the popular Becws Melyn Café-Bar.

African Dance Night, By The Beach, Braf, North Wales
Excited for another club night, this time my premier in Wales, in the North in particular, just below Caernarfon. Saturday the 16th of August, from 6:30pm, I’ll be serving up a hearty, wholesome bowl of African dinner, to line your stomachs to then get on the dance floor for a joyous dance to wonderful Afrobeats from the talented Tonnau Festival djs!
I travelled around African 19 years ago, enjoying the flavours, landscapes, interactions and vibrancy. I’ve been researching, trialling various cuisines from all over Africa and I was fortunate enough to go back last Summer, this time working in Mozambique, where I consulted on and wrote new menus and trained the local Chefs to enjoy cooking it all, at a scuba dive lodge by the rugged, stunning Morungulo Beach.
