À BLOC - CENTRAL AMERICAN SUPPER CLUB
I’ll be hosting an exciting new Supper Club at the beautifully formed @cafeabloc in between Altrincham and Hale, in leafy South Manchester.
I'll be showcasing my research from my travels down from Mexico to Colombia when I was doing research/eating my way around/trying as much as possible and learning a colourful plethora of fantastic cuisines.....with some sympathetic crossovers and fascinating differences.
Tickets are limited. I'm imagining some cool Xmas dos; work, friends, family ya can't be with on the big day etc. 4 mouth-watering courses. À Bloc will have a couple of guest cocktails on inspired by my Latin American menu as well as their regular Reserve Wine list which is well revered.
